Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bokomo Bread Flour White
  • 1 tsp Moirs Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup Pure Sugar Brown
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 mashed ripe bananas

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees celcius
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking loaf pan
  3. Combine Flour, Baking powder, salt in a large bowl
  4. Beat sugar and butter with electric mixer in a separate bowl
  5. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended
  6. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until well combined
  7. Pour butter in the prepared loaf pan
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until toothpick inserted into the center comes clean about 60 mins
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10mins then turn it in wire rack to cool completely
