Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bokomo Bread Flour White
- 1 tsp Moirs Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup Pure Sugar Brown
- ½ cup butter
- 2 Eggs
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees celcius
- Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking loaf pan
- Combine Flour, Baking powder, salt in a large bowl
- Beat sugar and butter with electric mixer in a separate bowl
- Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until well combined
- Pour butter in the prepared loaf pan
- Bake in the preheated oven until toothpick inserted into the center comes clean about 60 mins
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10mins then turn it in wire rack to cool completely
