Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bokomo Cake Flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tsp Pure Sugar
  • ½ Cup Safari Raisins
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter

Method

    1. In a mixing bowl add your flour and make a well in the middle, add your baking powder followed by your wet and dry ingredients including your raisins
    2. Mix well until there are no lumps in your mixture
    3. Heat your non stick pan on medium to high heat for 5 minutes, (you may lightly butter your pan if you wish)
    4. Scoop equal amounts of your mixture into the pan cooking each for 2 to 3 minutes on each side
    5. Stack them up on a plate, top up with a nob of butter and serve with any syrup of your choice with dry or fresh fruits

      Tip: You know your pan cakes are ready to flip once they start bubbling in the middle
